 Organist James Vivian is the centerpiece of JAV Recordings' very first CD from Great Britain. Vivian, formerly the Assistant Organist of Lincoln Cathedral and Organ Scholar at King's College, Cambridge, is currently the Organist of Temple Church in London, a post once held by such prestigeous musicians as John Stanley and George Thalben-Ball. This recording features the famous Harrison & Harrison organ of Temple church in a program of Alcock, J.S. Bach, Buxtehude, Leighton, Raison, Shostakovich and Willan.
